After my 11K on 11.11.11 I made a protein shake to help my body repair.
In the shake went:
1 packet (2 scoops) sweet cream protein powder
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 of a banana
1.5 cups baby spinach
1 cup milk
The end result was fantastic. This sweet cream flavor gave ZERO chalkiness to the shake and the flavor was mellow but delicious!

The protein content could have been a touch higher for my preferences but I do love the lower calories associated with this drink.
I made another shake yesterday with one packet of powder and one cup of milk. It was equally as tasty but I always prefer a bunch of fruit and some spinach in my shakes.
