Let’s keep the motivation going! I haven’t had much time to work out lately but I ate healthy yesterday and packed healthy foods for lunch today. So far so good!!
I have a built in rest day today but If I have time after work I have to weed some flower beds and there is a slight possibility that I will stain the deck. Otherwise, I’ll be cooking lunches for the remainder of the week tonight so we can eat healthier.
