First off, I want to apologize for living under a rock these past few months. I have NOT been running at all, and because of that I have gained
some lots of weight. Even with the excess weight I shimmied myself into some decent looking attire and married this fabulously tall man:
Now we are supposed to live happily ever after. Or not take a knife to each others throats or something like that. The devil is in the details.
I went and officially changed my last name yesterday and so now I get to start to change my name on the little documents that pop up: car insurance, health insurance, emails, utility bills…this list goes on just about forever.
So, with my new weight gain I have boldly created a running plan for myself. I hope that it will help me lose some weight, but even if it doesn’t it gets me running again, which is sorely needed.
This is my new mantra…
I am giving myself 3 months to drop 20 pounds. Can I do it? Yes. Will I do it? Let’s fucking hope so.
